McGurk Group founder Mike McGurk, JD, CLP, BCHE has been in the practice of IP law for over thirty (30) years, and was a patent examiner before that at the USPTO. Mike has expertise and experience in most areas of IP, with a long-term focus on patent law. Where possible we like to work in teams tailored to your needs, having at least one attorney and one patent agent to deliver the best work product at the best price. Our team approach allows us to consistently achieve these objectives.
